Registering with BSAB.COM.AU
Registering is completely free and is covered by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Anyone can view and browse the thousands of businesses for sale or wanting to buy advertised on bsab.com.au for free. However, if you wish to make contact with a seller or buyer by email, then you must register or be Logged in.
To send an email to a Professional like a Solicitor, Accountant, Business Broker or Financial adviser you must be registered or be Logged in .Anyone can view and browse the thousands of Professionals free.

 

SELLERS
Where do I go to advertise my business for sale?
Click on the Sell tab at the top of the page. Then click on the Sell your Business option and fill out the form. To list a business for sale you need to be registered with bsab.com.au. It is a simple process but it is necessary for your security and our terms and conditions and policy statement.

How much does it cost to search the database for buyers?
Nothing. Searching for Buyers and obtaining the contact information is 100% free. No hidden charges or fees.

How much does it cost to place a business for sale advertisement?
The Ad is $79.00 for 6 months which includes GST.

How can I protect my privacy and my business's identity?
When filling out the Sell Your Business form, you can reveal as much or as little information about your business as you wish in the profile box. To protect your privacy is one of the reasons we use a map to show the general area of your business. We have devised this map in the belief that serious buyers wish to know the general area the business is located and yet not too vague as to say Central N.S.W or North Qld.. The areas shown in the maps is reasonable for a serious buyer to ascertain the suitability of the location and yet restricts the tyre kickers wishing to know that you are for sale.

I've just filled out the form to list my business, why isn't it in the database?
Your ad will appear in the database if you have paid by credit card, you might have to refresh the screen. However if you have paid by cheque the ad will appear on screen the day the cheque arrives exactly as you have entered the information.

I forgot my password to edit my ad. How do I get it?
Simply click on password retrieve stating your ID. We'll send your password by email.

BUYERS
What types of businesses are in the database?
The database of businesses for sale contains all types of businesses; from small takeaways to large manufacturing firms and from small caravan parks to large resorts. Businesses are posted by private owners and professional business brokers. To search go to search for a business for sale it is completely free. To send an enquiry to a business you have to be registered and this too is free.

How often is the database updated?
The database is updated every business day - all day by business owners and brokers placing their businesses for sale.

Is Buy Sell a Business a brokerage firm?
No. We have no stake in the sale of any business listed on this site. BSAB.Com.au receives no commission from any business sold. We are simply the conduit for bringing buyers and sellers together.

I can't find a business for sale I'm interested in, what can I do?
Use the wanted to buy Notice Board option. This free service lets you register the type of business you're seeking. When a new business is added to the database that matches your criteria, we'll send you an email. The email includes a link to take you to more information about the business.

What is the Buyer's Notice Board?
The Buyer’s Notice Board publicizes businesses wanted. If you don't find a business you like in the database, post a message to the bulletin board describing where and what you're seeking. Private sellers and professional brokers who have yet not listed their business for sale on bsab.com.au can searched the buyer’s board and contact you from the buyers board ad at no charge to you or them. And bsab.com.au sends each week notification of businesses for sale matching the business you require directly by "blind email".

Business Brokers
Why join this site when you have your own home page?
Well there are few good reasons:

(a) You can have unlimited listing at any one time. - It's cheap for your clients
(c) We send emails from our database to registered buyers, notifying of your listings each week.
(d) Your Business name, web site link, Sale person's name, phone number and email are on the listings.
(e) All return emails from you to the buyer can be linked to your home site.
(f) If a buyer, seller, accountant, solicitor or whoever is seeking a broker in your area you will be listed whereas your opposition might not be.
How much does it cost to join the Brokers's page?
The joining cost is $150 for 12 months which includes GST. The joining fee covers unlimited listings and unlimited sales people.

Even if you don't join, feel free to use our information pages and our professional database which contains a lot of the Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Broker in Australia.

Where do I go to Join the Business Broker's ?
Click on the Broker tab at the top of the page or click on the Join as a Broker option and fill out the form.

How do Brokers insert listings?
Once you have registered as a Business Broker and have paid your yearly fee your ID number and password will enable you to list unlimited business for sale. Each broker from the firm has his or her own ID number, password and email under the Business Brokerage firm registration. There is no limit to the number of sales people for a Business Brokerage.

Can we change edit these listings ?
Yes you can change these listings, by use of the password, any time you wish.

Does email alerts go out to registered buyers?
Yes: All registered buyers receive email notices when a new business is listed both from brokers and private sellers.

Where do I go to change my ad in Professional?
Click on the Professional tab at the top of the page or click on the Edit Your Professional's ad.

How do we join and place an ad in Professionals Page?
Simply go to Professional's join now in the Professional and input your information.

How much does it cost to join the Professional's page?
Nothing. The service is absolutely 100% free. No hidden charges or fees.
